Medical Marijuana Card

Since early 2017, Florida residents have been able to obtain a recommendation for medical marijuana treatment for specific qualifying conditions. Our physicians are board-certified and will evaluate you to determine if you may benefit from a medical marijuana card. Once you’ve received a recommendation, our helpful staff will assist you with every step of the process required to obtain your medical marijuana card. Before your marijuana evaluation appointment, it’s imperative that you obtain a copy of your medical records that indicates your diagnosis. In order to get medical marijuana in any state, you must first obtain a copy of your medical records

Register for card

If all criteria is met, our doctors can offer you same-day recommendation approval. This way you can proceed with your medical marijuana card application right away.
